Returns & Refund Policy

At Sondh India, we take immense pride in the artisanal quality of our products. Due to the personal and delicate nature of high-end perfumery and oud, we adhere to a strict policy to ensure the integrity of our collection.

1. No Returns / No Refunds

All sales at Sondh India are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal fragrance preference.
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • Delays in shipping or delivery by third-party carriers.

2. Damage Replacement Protocol

Replacements are only issued for products that are verified as damaged or defective upon arrival. To qualify for a replacement, the following mandatory steps must be followed:

A. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To prevent fraudulent claims, a clear, uninterrupted video must be recorded during the unboxing process.

  • The video must start before the outer seal is broken.
  • The shipping label and all sides of the sealed package must be clearly visible.
  • The video must show the discovery of the damage in real-time.
  • Note: Edited, cut, or blurry videos will be automatically disqualified.

B. Same-Day Reporting

Damage must be reported via email/WhatsApp on the same day of delivery. Claims made after the delivery date will not be entertained.

3. Return & Inspection Process

Once your claim is provisionally approved:

  • Courier Return: The customer must arrange for the return shipping on the same day of approval.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals, tags, and components intact.
  • Inspection: A replacement will only be dispatched after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

4. Final Authority

Sondh India reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above criteria. Our inspection team’s decision is final and binding. We do not offer cash refunds even for damaged items; we provide a direct replacement of the same product.
